What's w/ me getting all the sides Post cycle?
So... I ran a Test only cycle for 10 weeks. No problem, good gains and no sides other than being horny as all hell and having more agression in the gym. After my last poke, but before pct I started to break out all over my shoulders, back, and chest. I'm now 2 weeks into my pct and my blood pressure is up. I forgot the bottom number, but I know my top systolic was 137. I can tell it up most of the day too. I feel pressure in the back of my head, I'm blowing blood out of my nose, and the worst of it all when I lift I'm getting aweful BP Exertion Headaches. I literally felt like I was going to stroke out in the gym the other day after a heavy set. Any explaination or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

137 is not that bad but without the bottom # who knows how bad it might be. i had some serious high BP on tren, like 180/100....talk about exertion headaches! ...no more tren for me.
get some hawthorne berry at the least.

Kinda had the same effect but not as extreme, 146/71 bp, got a lipid panel and everything came back good.
I too also got a case of zits on shoulders and back, finally going away now. I didnt get the nose bleeds or headaches,

What are you running for PCT.
How many times did you check your blood pressure? Sometimes if you arm is to big, it will NOT give a correct reading, just so you know. Also 137 is high, but if its 137 just for a little while NOTHING bad will happen. Think of all the obese people, have 150/95 for YEARS, a month will probably do nothing.
Go to the docs, tell him you ran a legal cycle like PH or something, DO not tell him you did illegal substances because it will go on your health record. Get blood work done, see how your cholesterol is, etc...
Also if your using clomid, it always ****s with your head.

Thanks for all the responses, I've got to check it again. I used the BP monitor at Walmart, hopefully that's somewhat acurate. My arm's 16in, not huge by any standards.
My BP is usually around the 120/80 range. During my cycle I ran Adex at .25mg/eod to ed. I have stopped taking that and I am now taking nolva at 25mg/day along w/ Rebound XT (I'm not expecting much from this but I had the RXT, so I decided to use it.) I got the high BP reading on Sat., if it doesn't go down soon I will def. get it checked out.

Alright, so I went to Walmart to test my BP again it read 140/69 this time. I waited a minute or two and tested it again 141/80. I bought some hawthorne berries(I'm not really expecting much, but I'm hoping it will help some). I guess I will lay off the weights for a few days and see what happens. This really blows, I know I'm gonna lose strength pretty quick.
And I did notice that the monitor said it was designed for the avg. arm which according to them is 9-13in.

I might be pointing out the obvious, but maybe the Test you took was a longer ester, so say in week 12 of test, taking PCT from week 13+, your test is only starting to peak! which would explain why you are getting all your sides while your on your PCT ...As you might know longer esters take arround 2 weeks to finish since your last injection. If you were aware of this, maybe you got switched Test, Test E instead of Test Prop....only a suguestion :D

It was Test E, my last poke was 250mg on July 15th. I was assume the Test is leaving rather than peaking by now. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Don't stop hitting the gym, do cardio, that will lower your blood pressure. Drink lots of water. No SALT. Please, make sure your diet is clean. (but clearly you know that ;) )
With test-e cycle I usually take nolva for 5 or 6 weeks because test-e is a long lasting ester. If I don't take it for that long I always get delayed gyno. So keep that in mind if your prone to gyno.
I've never used Rebound XT, and I've always bounced back fine. Maybe drop that and just take the nolva and then check your blood pressure.

ah shit, exertional headaches are the worst.. good luck because i know youre not going to want to stop working out during pct, and for most the only answer to exertional headaches is a break from lifting..
