Deca vs. Equipoise
I am interested in taking either deca or equipoise. I'll be a first time user and both are relatively safe. Also I don't plan on stacking either with test or anything else.
So my question is, which one by itself is better for gaining size and definition?
they are both good. I used Deca and loved it. So good on the joints :)

why not run them with test? you need test
if i was forced to run just one of the two, eq or deca, id take eq. not even close to as supressive as deca, so it will be less harsh
but still, a cycle without test is stupid, unless its like anavar only

OP- Why would you NOT use test with it? lol! You already will be pinning, so add it into the same shot and there's no reason not to, no extra pinning or anything. Unless you are trying to go abstinent, then ya, deca alone would be great!
I would say EQ just because they shut down isn't as near as bad as Deca. A 12-14 week Test/EQ cycle should give you pretty solid results.
I personally wouldnt touch Deca mate, you'l need a steel beam to keep it up without Test.
There are plenty of other alternatives out there.

as for the OP. i personally like eq better than deca, but that's just me. the increase in appetite while bulking was a total plus for me, and the bloat was minimal.

I have had better appetite stimulation from IGF-1 than EQ, plus I don't have to worry about being suppressed by deca as I don't come off.

Try Test E@500mg p/wk and if your wanting something else in there maybe a med like Anavar for the last 8 weeks of your cycle@50 or 60mg ED could help with strength and cutting up. Expensive though.

Just thinking; Many newbies choose deca because of old steroid profiles, where it says that you will not get gyno, aso aso..
Deca has its sides Fioretbll. Read up on it before doing something. Ask around, it is better to ask once to much, then once to little.

My tip; if you want to join the darkside, post up your diet, current stats, and it will e easier for us to suggest a cycle, and maximize results, most diets are not good enough.
Strongly suggesting Test E as first cycle, whith a good diet, you will gain like crazy:)
