Weight gainer shake, fast food or EV Olive oil for calories?
Well i was going to put this in the nutrition forum, but mass calories and AAS go hand in hand so forgive me if you get pissed for asking here.
Question:
If you had to choose from fast food, weight gain shakes or EV olive oil what would you pick alone for packing on extra mass when on cycle?
Fast food bothers me and weight gainers keep me up at night due to the high amount of sugar that's in em so im thinking about going the olive oil route.
Thinking about 2000 calories extra a day from olive oil in my protien shakes, the other 3000-4000 from clean food.
Thanks for any input.

after reading bubba's posting of the harcore bulking I'd say something that is calorie dense. I've actually tried it the last week, pretty damn easy to hit 5,000 cals...but I'm taking in more fats from PB and Avocado's than I ever have. :p

y not add more than just olive oil? theres plenty of things out there (i'm assuming your going to add the EVOO to your shakes?) add PB, oats (i prefer oat flour) and you can get a thousand calorie shake in no time.
I'd say just hit up some malto,,,, It's good carbs and its very easy to drink etc... And maybe just throw in some more protein shakes with that if you'd like.
PB is a great source of fat as fondry said.
I personally wouldn't want to consume 16-17 tablespoons of oil a day so, just saying what I would do personally.
I'd have to agree with fondry. Just put oats, milk, pb, banana, protein powder in a blender, and there you go. It makes one hell of a good gainer.

a HOME-MADE weight gainer shake would be my choice
damn bro you must be upwards of 5-6k e/d goal is 6900/day....i've only made that goal 1 day so far, i got in about 7200. i usually end up around 6000-6500. this is my first week with the 6900/day goal, its harder than i expected it to be!
i'm pretty much pure ecto (i think) so on a bulk i'm supposed to get 30cals per lb of my goal weight which is 230lbs, 30x230=6900.
My vote is the weight gainer.... but I really only use it after working out because of the sugar which is perfect for refilling your glycogen stores. I think you should focus more on actual eating to pack on the mass.... chicken breasts and whole wheat spaghetti plus (protein and omega3s added). Just cook up 6 breasts and a box of spaghetti in the morning and you have 6 good meals throughout the day or roughly 600-700 calories with about 60 grams of protein. Make get boring but no one said getting big was easy. You can use lean beef and whole grain rice or through some fish in the mix. Add 16oz of non-fat milk to every meal for another 180 cals (the sugar in milk is on the low end of the GI index) with 18 grams of whey and casein protein. Bam. Clean Nutrition 101.
Add a cup of oatmeal with 1.5 scoops protein powder in the morning and two lean beef patties with a slice of cheese on each and handful of nuts at night and you're pushing a bit above 5000 cals.

those things are a rip off and full of sugar, they are only good if your goal is looking like eric cartmen, i can easily make a 1,000 cal shake at home, and its HEALTHY TOO !!!
