Question:
morning work out... afternoon cardio... how long in between...
for you guys who work out in the morning and do cardio in the afternoon, how long do you generally wait to do cardio?
i bought a cheap bike at target a couple weeks ago. well, it's not really cheap, like a piece of shit, but inexpensive. i threw it against the wall in target and it didn't break or **** up or anything so it passed my durability test #1. i also rode into a couple of things while in said target plus i rode it into my friend's leg and it didn't **** up, so that was test #2 and it passed with flying colors. the people buying cat food probably thought i was a little weird, but they just don't understand how important the durability test is. then i paid for it and rode it out of the store and it just threw it down onto the ground a couple of times. now that i think about it, i should have done that before i paid for it, but it's too late now. that was test #3 and of course, it passed.
^^ that paragraph is completely useless.
so now i have this bike, which i use to cruise around on the weekends. next week im off from work so im gonna be going to the gym in the morning to work out and i wanna ride my bike in the afternoon. how long should i wait after my workout? i usually just do some cardio at the gym right after my work out, but i wanna come home and maybe eat some food and nap a little then ride.
i would post this in another section, but i dont feel like hitting the back button and scrolling up and clicking other shit and whatnot. that's just crazy talk right there.
yeah buddy. 9,000+ posts and im asking a question like this. better believe it.

i'd say 5 hours is fineee.
as long as your heartbeat goes down and all your muscles arent pumped anymore and you are fully rested and energized you should be good.

reps to the best and worst posts. Instincts, my man. If you feel like going for a ride, do it! I would say depending on diet and cardio help 2-3 hours would be sufficient; as long as you feel like it.
6-8 hours (serious) 6-8 hours would be perfectly safe also
you definitely have someone holding a big fan in front of you.
5 hours? wtf?
do you even know how many hours are in a day?
u crazy bastard. 4?
:D
I lift in the morning but I only run when it gets dark. So I am getting like 10 hours before and after I lift.
Like others have said, anywhere from 6-8 hours.
anywhere between 6-12 hours
make sure u eat carbs pwo to help replenish your glycogen so u arent in a catabolic state and perlong it by doing cardio
you definitely have someone holding a big fan in front of you. they called for gusts of 90 mph, what can i say?
anywhere between 6-12 hours

Try to base your time inbetween on the frequency of my whey's fight vids. One round 10am, the next at 3pm. Ride after you watch the 3pm one.
oh... for anybody wondering... my bike is red.
i was going to get a unicycle, but then i remembered that i didn't know how to ride a unicycle so i didnt get one.
i was thinking about getting a beach cruiser, but then i remembered that i dont live near a beach and i am not deebo.
but now that i think about it, i dont live near any mountains and i bought a mountain bike. so i guess i did **** up after all, huh?
i went for a ride the other day and the entire trip was uphill. even going back the way that i came it was uphill. im still trying to figure out what went wrong.
