You train for 6-7 hours a day, plus you lift weights and you're 30% BF? You spar for 2 hours a day? Jesus! Who the hell holds pads for you for two hours? Most people don't want to hold them for more than 30 minutes with me. Either you're a troll, you're lying, or you've got terrible genetics. You're 19 and you can train this much? Don't you go to school or have a job or anything?
Not to mention, after all this, you asked us for advice on what to do to get in shape? You already do cardio all day long. What more do you want us to say? Get started on a good diet? That much should be obvious. What do your coaches say to do? Something is very, very wrong if you train with them for 7 hours a day, but have to ask a bunch of strangers on the internet for tips to get into shape. Sorry to be such a dick if you're not a troll, but this all sounds like bullshit to me.
Assuming you're telling the truth about all of this, eat healthy and try to train like you do when you have a fight coming up. You have to notice a difference with your body when you do hardcore training. If you want to cut fat, eat clean and do tons of cardio. Cutting your fat down low is way more important than physical strength in Muay Thai. A 237lb (your weight now)Thai boxer from Thailand is going to look like Sagat from Street Fighter. They're going to be 7' tall, solid muscle and kicking you from across the ring. Slim down as much as you possibly can. Assuming this is all true, good luck and keep in mind, Thai fighters from Thailand train this much, if not more every damn day. They've usually been training like this since before they were teenagers. They usually fight at least once a month. These people need the money too, so that's just another reason why they'll want to rip you to shreds in the ring. Unless you're the cream of the crop in whatever league you've fought in, fighting in Thailand might not be the best idea. It sounds great, but they will f*ck you up and love every second of it. Keep in mind, life isn't like a Rocky movie. You can't get yourself ready to take on pro boxers when you're only been training seriously for two months. Good luck though.

Answer:

6-7 hours WTF that's overkill
Yeah I find it strange that you train that much and have 30% body fat.Muay Thai is very intense you should be ripped to shreds or at least hold a very low body fat percentage.

Answer:

And you wouldn't be able to withstand that much training at that level of body fat without getting really winded and tired. You have to be in excellent cardio conditioning to train that long so yeah I smell bullshit here
