I have watched this show ever since it started, not missed one episode, yes I have no life on Wednesday night!!!
But this Nick dying thing is just too far fetched, fine they got rid of Clare, and that was bad enough.but come on, people go in planes everyday and they don't die.Nick (played by Myles Pollard) has left to work in a play in Sydney Theatre Company and it got terrible reveiws in the Herald, why can't in Australian Dramas can people not have happy, normal marriages, they always kill one of the parterns off, think of Home and Away, Pippa and Tom.Neighbours, Libby and Drew, they do the whole lets get together, break up, get together, have a big wedding, maybe have a baby, then one gets sicks and dies or suddenly dies, drowns, killed on a horse, die in a plane/car.I know this is what drama and these shows are about, but man it would make such a refreshing change if they didn't do this.
Two hours next week, going to be long and drawn out. Can only imagine how they are going to let Tess (Bridie Carter) leave next April (yep she is leaving to look after her new son).WHY, WHY.
I wonder what this new show Headland is going to be like, seems to have alot of Ex-All Saints actors in it, I think it will bomb, much like Last Man Standing.what a good show.

I think they don't rate as well as they thought so they put them on so late that know one knows that they are on at all. Just found out the other day that The Alice is on at 10.30pm on a Monday night how ridiculous is that, I just thought the season had finished. They have put Desperate Housewives on at 11pm on Tuesday nights also , I think that they are repeats so hopefully when the next season starts it will be on a lot earlier.
How can it be 'McLeod's daughters' when there arent any there? That is what I have been thinking over the last couppla weeks!! Maybe it should jump fence and be called.um.'whatever-their-last-name-is's Sons'!! Sorry, I follow the show and WAS a huge fan, til I met Pete and he flat out refused to watch it!! Our TV is an old TV from a Motel and cant change it off the channel for the VCR, to tape a show while watching another!! Just my luck, hey? WAS also a huge fan of Blue Heelers, but that is the same!!
I agree with the killing off thing, but then you wouldnt have anything to talk about!! Or cry over, or whatever!! But, I agree, its only the lovable ones that they get rid of!!
Maybe they will do the swap-over thing, like they did with Hayley on Home and Away? That is the only way that I can see that they will get away with letting Bridie go and keep the show.

Well I think the idea is that maybe Jodi will end up being a McLeod and so that will continue.yeah I think they should keep Tess and get a new bird to play the role like Hayley in HA.
I loved Last Man Standing and the Alice and yep it sucks that they pushed them to the back of beyond (well last man has gone), who wants to wait till 10.30pm to watch a tv show for heavens sake.yeah I too only realised about the Alice a few weeks back and now I tape it and watch it on Sat nights when nothing else is on.
Desperate Housewives are repeats, they will put it back once Grey's Anatomy has probably finishe, but at least they are running season 2 so no gaps, like they do with ER, so thank heavens something is on.as for House and repeats, well the ratings sure showed them (ie Channel 10) nobody wants to watch REPEATS, no matter how good the show, idiots.
Only two episodes of Without a Trace, and only a few left of CSI, then what more repeats, I HATE REPEATS.
I record something everynight that way I have something to watch on Sat as there is never anything on then, except for Oprah (sometimes).

McLouds Daughters, how sad was it when Claire died! I thought that was the saddest thing I've ever seen on TV! Now poor Nick, I can't believe it! Yep, I hate how they kill off your favourite couples/characters, it is annoying.
And Blue Heelers, killing off Jo, just as she and PJ started up a romance and with him getting over the death of Maggie! I've been watching Blue Heelers since it started, but it is making me angry lately, all of these controversial storylines they keep putting in, they are all depressing! I wish they would just put some light-hearted, funny stuff in the show for once, and a bit of romance that lasts! My favourite show years ago as a kid used to be A Country Practice, did anyone watch that? At least that show was funny!
Did anyone used to watch Pacific Drive? It used to be on late at night and had Bron and Mitch from All Saints and Matron Brennan? from A Country Practice.
Been watching All Saints since it started too. Wish Frank would change the colour of his shirt for once!

Watched two episodes of Mcleods yesterday afternoon, they had repeats on instead of DOOL YTR. Can't beleive I've never watched an episode thats a great show, Bawled my eyes out all through though so can't wait until Wednesday to watch the next episode.

I think it was current, its when they found out there were no survivers in Nicks plane. How sad it was, I bawled all through it and then had to pick up the kids from school made sure I didn't take off the sunnies.
