Body Quiz

One Year.
Question:

it will be a year on the 21st that me and my fiancee met. i can't believe how fast this year went and with all we've been through already! all the changes, trying to make his home our home, everything. it's unbelieveable to look back in the past and realize how time just flew right past your eyes and how much you've acheived and also accomplished.
i want to give back to my fiancee. most of you already know how he supports me, along with his two kids. he brings me to school, beleives in my education, and is always there to hold my hand. he's truly my best friend. i feel as though i don't have much to give him, even though at times it feels as if he can give me the world. now that i'm working again, i would like to get him something nice or do something that shows appreciation i have for him. i know some things money can't buy, but i'd really love to do something special. i've never bought him anything.not for christmas or anything. this past easter, he even bought me a stuffed bunny! i thought it was the cutest thing, even though i wasn't expecting anything from the bunny rabbit, lol. guys are so hard to shop for and it's not like we'll have the whole weekend to ourselves, where i can save and we can get away just the two of us.unfortunately!
do any of you have any ideas of what i can do or give him?! i'm working that day, but will be home in the afternoon sometime and we are planning to have the kids sleep at his parents and for us to go out and do something that night. i want to make it extra special, so i need help! ideas would be appreciated!

Answer:

Maybe it will sound silly to you, but have you thought of getting him a big bunch of flowers.it seems such a female thing, but males like flowers too.
For our first anniversary, I bought out a flower shop of all their Daffodils (his favourite) and had them delivered to his work.he was tickled pink, and some of his (male) colleagues actually told me that they wished they could be given flowers some times.

Answer:

My husband is impossible to buy for, he's one of those people who will buy things he wants/needs himself - and he's a bit fussy with clothes so he likes to choose them himself so I can't even do that. I think a card or a note telling him how much you love/appreciate him is always worthwhile. Also, I will cook dinner on special occasions (this is a VERY BIG DEAL I don't generally cook, he does it all) if we aren't going out for dinner.
Maybe you can put a nice photo of you and/or his kids in a frame? I gave my husband a framed picture of our son at Christmas and he keeps it on his desk at work.

Answer:

My hubby is also hard to buy, like a lot of fellas if he wants something he justs goes and gets it. Last year for Christmas i got hubby a keyring with a blank surface on it and then i had juniors school photo lasered on to it and some smellies.

Answer:

maybe you should do sometime special or go out for dinner he should buy your favourite flowers and chocolate too

Answer:

flowers isn't silly at all, but i don't think it would work well with him.we never even discussed flowers and i have no clue what his favorite ones are.
a card and a picture frame is a good idea. i can be able to express everything through a card and then there's also a gift which can work.
it's so hard, because he doesn't even wear jewelry. he doesn't wear a watch and used to wear a necklace, but doesn't anymore. he's a typical union worker that doesn't need materialistic needs, so it's especially hard for me. he has cologne, so i can't even do that. maybe i'll just treat us to a night out-whatever we end up doing that night and then get him a card and something else. but i don't know what that other something can be! any more ideas can help!! thanks for your help ladies!

Answer:

If you want to get him something more , what about a nice man's ring?

Answer:

Does he have any hobbies or a sporting team he likes?

Answer:

a ring would be a good idea.that would be different, but i doubt he'd wear it at work and all, since he works with his hands. i'll definitely look into that.
and his hobby is that christmas thing i posted in another thread! haha. he does some reading, likes movies, etc. and he LOVES the yankees.
ok, so what if i get him a card, maybe i'll buy a DVD of the first movie we watched together, and a yankee hat.his is too old! and then maybe a ring.i can also get him the soprano seasons on DVD. he loves watching that and he has the first 2 seasons and i know he wants to get them all.
i hate shopping for guys!!!!!!!!!!

Answer:
