Question:
I was wondering if there were any christians in here that know their scripture of the bible really well. I am looking for passages about relationships, sex before marriage, living together before marriage, etc. I just am wanting to read it to make sure I understand what the bible says about these things for a current situation I am in. If you could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!
I don't have a bible I don't think, unless there's one packed away in the garage. Look around the op shops, they usually have pleanty.

The only bit I know is the ten commandments and the coming of the apocolypse.kind of skipped everything in between at Sunday school and that was so many years ago now.

TG, i am not religious i do have a bible that my Aunty gave me years ago i have read it several times but still don't understand it, i hear so much through life about god but to be honest i live my life to my own beliefs noone elses . i am a good person so i figure i am doing something right.
sometimes you just have to go with your heart your intelligents in life most times you will be doing the right thing for you, don't alway's worry what everyone will say about you or think about you if you are a goood person you will know that whatever path you take will be the right one for you at the time, none of us know what tomorrow will bring so the decisions we make today may not be good for tomorrow but that is something we won't know untill tomorrow comes

I am Irish and was raised catholic and went to convent schools (because the local schools were all catholic). As far as I know there are no actual passages in the bible that state whether premarital sex is or is not permitted or sinful. I once asked one of the nuns in school to point me any passage that said sex outside of marriage was strictly forbidden and she could not though she did give me loads of Papal law documents to read which proved the point I was making to her that the clergy dictate morality in Catholic society rather than the bible (I was writing an essay on same for English class).
I did a quick google search on premarital sex and found a few links from a variety of sources. Bear in mind this is the internet so accuracy may not be high on the adgenda in some of the articles.
To be honest, Texas girl I really think that when deciding important issues like whether to have sex with or live with your partner must come down to how you feel yourself not external factors like family, society or religion consider them certainly but please dont make a judgement based on what others will think. Its you and your partner that are important in this equasion - you are both adults and hopefully old adn mature enough to deside what is best for you both as individuals and your relationship.
I slept with and lived with my partner, now husband, prior to marrying him and to be honest there is no way that I would have married him without having lived with him first as i dont believe you can truely know a person prior to living with them. Moving in together having just married would be too much pressure IMO as it takes a long time to adapt to living with a person and would add unnecessary stress. Again this is just MY OPINION Im not trying to influence any decision you make but give a point of view. I agree with Di choose - the path that is right for you thats probably the best advice anyone can give you - Im sorry I cant be of any more specific help.

It's a very open forum and you can bring up and talk about real matters and your feelings about them without being attacked, they really are a very understanding and open minded group and would know more about your request.
