Do you have the travel bug? I have ever since I was a kid. I've put it on hold at the moment, but I still get itchy feet!
No, I've never had the travel bug. There are some people in other contries that i would like to visit, but it's not the contries themselves that I want to see. I have some friends in America, Tammy in Georgia and Kimberly in Chicago, I'd love to visit them, and a mate in England also, Paul. If I was to move to another Country it would be Chicago in America so I could go to the Oprah show everyday!!
I'm more interested in travel within Australia at the moment, I've been around quite abit and don't think I'll ever stop. For me it's not itchy feet or planning though, when I travel it's always a spontaneous decision and last minute plans. I'm either usually in Melbourne, Queensland, Adelaide, Sydney or Tasmania for a few weeks at a time, currently rooted in Melbourne. Couldn't honestly say which state I'll visit next, I never plan it!

Have you travelled? Where? Where would you like to go?
Hubby and I regularly dream about packing up and heading around Australia for a year - but it's not practical at this stage unfortunately. We went to Vanuatu for our honeymoon and both loved the laid back, undeveloped feel of the place (will definitely go back!). We also spent 2 months traipsing about Europe/UK when DD was 19 months - was great but we didn't do it properly so will have to go back!
I'd love to visit most countries in the world - although some I'm a bit more wary of given the current state of affairs If I were given a choice right now I think I'd go to Canada first, then Greece, Iceland, etc, etc
The only places I have no real desire to visit are Antarctica (far too cold! ) and I've never felt inclined to visit America - but that's probably because of the TV shows I watch LOL. I think it's just the big cities that don't appeal to me - places like Colorado, Hawaii, Alaska, etc look gorgeous!
Travelled yes all over Australia.
Last year spent 5 weeks in West Coast of America and Canadian Rockies.
Also been to New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong
and spend 6 months back packing all over Europe when I was 20.
Next trip to London (for a wedding) then home via New York, Washington and Quebec and Prince Edward Island (Anne of Green Gables country), hopefully this September if I can get time off work.
Yes I would say I have the travel bug.also want to go to South America and China.
Nope. I am not a good traveler and would be pretty happy never to go away again, beyond occasional shopping/eating trips to Melbourne
That said, husband has family in the UK so we do go every 18months-2years to visit them and do a bit extra travel while we're over there (no point going all that way and not seeing something of the world).
Most recently, August/September 06 we went to the UK and traveled around Italy and went to Paris and Barcelona. Next July we will be going to the UK and the US (and hubby will be going over for a family thing in Sept this year - but I will stay at home with the toddler and baby).
I always end up enjoying myself when we're there but I stress so much about it in the lead up, I can honestly say I have never had 'itchy feet'.
Nope not me im too comfy in my own little zone, although there are a couple of places i wouldnt mind going to but its more for family heritage reasons.
