Question:
Moo poor Joshy, he's a lover not a fighter as they say. I would be waiting for those kids after school with a pine needle branch of my own.
Di I have been through this before and the only way to deal with it was to threaten the offenders Let me explain- my DD changed schools in year 2. She started going to my old school where friends of ours son went. He was (is) a right royal bast%#* of a kid. From day dot he picked on DD(obviously course he knew her and she has better life). Anyway I spoke to the teacher(they were in same class and had 2 teachers)and she said she would sort it out.She didn't. Then spoke to parents(we know them). Heard story about him getting bullied(would that be at home or school?)etc. Spoke to other teacher-she tried to no avail. Then it was the weekend of my daughters birthday and she came home in tears(more then usual)Absolutely made my blood boil. That Monday I went up to the little jerk and threatened him, told him how he had made her cry, how could he be so mean he was supposed to be her friend and help her out at a new school etc and told him I would go to principal and then to Board of Education, if all that failed I would call the police. He left her alone after that. No he did not stop bullying kids etc but he left her alone. What pissed me off was she had absolutely no recognition as being bullied, he on the other hand was put in some rehabilitation program where he got to make a billy cart and he also got to keep it By the waythis kid is still a little jerk and will not change.Very hard situation to be in as we were friends with the parents and grandparents and his nan could not see any wrong in him. All she kept saying was what about the way he is treated at home etc and I would be there listening and thinking-what about my daughter and how he is making her miserable. My girl is honestly one of those kids who are angels on earth and is good to everyone. Family and friends want to swap kids (she is that nice) and to have her come home in tears I was crying myself. It is the worse thing to see Di and I really hope u sought it out soon.
Di I would be straight on the phone demanding a meeting with both the teacher the principal at the same time that way neither of them can say they werent aware of the situation, then I would be demanding action telling them if it wasnt sorted the police station is your next visit. We had a very nasty bully last year one of the girls mums kept complaining to the teacher yet nothing happend spoke to the headmaster he claimed he knew nothing. Then when it still continued she informed the police she wanted to have it dealt with then told the school what she had done. That kid didnt bully anyone again for the rest of the year switched schools this year
Jaski agree about the parents don't see how bad there kids are or just laugh about the behaviour pass it off by saying weve tried everything or
they tell the nice kid to fight back
we teach our kids to not bully anyone to be nice to other kids to help others they really are beautifull kids ( not cause I'm their nan )
everyone loves them .
Jewelthat is so sad to lose kids like that, it's almost unbelievable that kids could be bullied so badly, are you in Australia?
StormyAs you say Joshy is a lover not a fighter
Kimba I will not let the problem rest you can be sure of that the teacher's all know me because i have been picking Joshy Sammy up from school for 3 years they know i am a fearless Granny
Don't worry i will take care of it all, those little Turds won't know what has happened to them
Di did you know that you can charge the parents with assault on behalf of their child. They can be held responsible for their kids actions, they obviously know what they are like if they are trouble in class.
Does the primary have a school police representative? Someone of authority that can explain the law side of things?
You want me to come and help sort the shits out?
