Good luck man, proving people wrong is good motivation. No sarcasm.
Yes, I think it is possible. What does your diet look like, along with your routine? Make sure your sleep patterns are good, and your water intake is good. Also, take into account the things that have worked for you in the past and incorperate those things into your plan. Drink teh green tea.
It MAY be possible, but it's really pushing it. That's a tough goal to achieve and would be damn impressive for anyone.
im talking keep my body fat below 7% straight lean muscle gains possible? LOL, back to schoooooooool, F*CK!!!
Yes it is possible but you will have to expect a little fat with it also. Best way to find out is to hit it.
no. without the use of roids, and muscle implants. i dont think so
I don't think you are below 7%? Maybe 8-10%? Looking good though.

LOL, you realize that gaining 10-12 pounds in A YEAR is a great amount right??????
Go to the grocery store, pick out about 6 pounds of meat and ask yourself if you really think its possible that you will add on that much pure muscle in that short period of time.

LOL...how many guys do you know that put on 24 pounds of pure muscle in a year??????? Especially natural guys.
Bottom line, when most people talk about putting on 12 or 13 pounds.....from my experience....usually....about 9 pounds of that is fat...the other 3 or 4 odd pounds are actually muscle. You also won't be putting on muscle all the time. Sometimes, you can go months without gaining any real muscle, just increasing strength, and then in a 2 month period you might jump up like 5 or 6 pounds out of nowhere, but to say that someone is going to consistently be gaining 2 pounds a month is absolutely ludicrous, unless they are an absolute beginner(and that never lasts long) or they are on some sort of drugs.

Great, so then every 6 months for the rest of your life, I fully expect to see you add on 7 pounds of muscle, at least until you're weighing 340 pounds of pure muscle, holding the Olympia trophy over your head.
