How do you know you have abs under that fat so you can cut. i can feel some hard bumps at the top, and as i go down i cant feel anything.
Everyone has abs, you are born with them. But, in order for them to be visible, low bodyfat is needed. Also, working them out increases their size and definition

how much bf% is that? idk dude, that sounds like alot, 25% or something. Mine barely goes down at all, like a quarter of a centimeter

this is what happens when im upright and flexed.
top: 1/2 inch
mid:1 1/2 inch
bottom: 1 1/2 inch

Took me about a year, but that was without any fat burners and just good dieting and exercise. I am so very happy I did.

Legs - Tuesday
Wednesday - Cardio and abs
Thursday- Back Bis
Friday - Shoulders
Sat,Sun- light cardio along with alot of rest.
Oh and diet...hell, anything and everything healthy with high protein and carbs, low fat.

There is no set time till you get abs. It all depends on the amount of time and intensity of your ab workouts.

Sucks being an Ecto dont it? Not if you can manage to put all your effort in and get over your limitation, then it becomes a hell of a lot more rewarding for any gains you do get. I'd take my body type (ecto) it over a meso who balloons up looking at a weight anyday

Um, thats wayyy more than 20%. I'm about 20% now (havent changed the sig yet), and I can only push my finger in maybe a quarter of an inch.

Seriously though, everyone has abs. The problem is cutting down to see them as a teenager makes you look like a skinny shit a majority of the time.
EDIT: Obviously, those with a large amount of muscle mass can pull it off. And once again, I lol at everyone who actually needed me to write this down so they wouldn't get offended.
