from a back view my shoulders look pretty big , but the front view of my shoulders is not filled in so it makes me look some what skinny,

the two circled area's is what makes my shoulders look skinny from the front
i would like to fill that in. so i cant even see my collar bone

i would like to fill that in. so i cant even see my collar bone Those aren't your delts. You need to build your upper pecs. I suggest doing incline DB presses.

You want a bigger upper body. Your gunna need to hit your upper chest do some serious military presses and throw some shrugs in there for your traps.

gl How good are military presses for the upper pecs? I know it uses them to some degree, but I thought it was like 95% delts.

Ya buy obviously the pecs stretch (bottom of MP) and contract (top of MP) so they get worked in it, especially if you arch your back like I do when I MP.. (I wear a belt)

Those aren't your delts. You need to build your upper pecs. I suggest doing incline DB presses. def. upper pecs need the work. do incline bench in you routine and it should fill out.

and ye buddy focus on the upper pecs and traps, get some military pressing, deadlifting and incline barbell press, i wouldnt use dumbell as u can use more weight with BB, more weight more chance of mass.

i was saying wrong because, you made it seem like if you lift alot of weight youl gain mass, which is wrong, you need propper form, reps,and sets to get massive hyp. gains, but i see you just worded wrong.

yes, obviously you need to train with weight that is not light for you to gain mass, BUT it must be preformed in the proper rep/set range along with proper form.

but he wants to be lifting a good weight for a fair bit of volume (not powerlifting style heavy, 70-80% of your max id say), so as you said a good set/rep scheme with decent weight. Plenty of rest good diet and itl all be good.
