Figured Out My Motivation Problems
So i've been really concerned with my motivation problems lately. And i finally figured out what it is. I just need to Quit bitchin and ****in Do It!
God, it makes so much sense now. got my fire back and it feels great. It mostly started while i was watching the movie Blow on tv (Watch it if you havent, Great movie). It was talkin about how most people plan so much for life that it passes them by. And i started thinkin thats what i was doing. I was planning so much on getting big and just being a beast that it all passed me by. Literally.
I spent so much time wanting and planning to be big that i forgot to focus on the work to get there, and it all passed me by.
But yeah, Got my fire. And it feels great =]

nice man, yeah and if people try to put you down, or your having an off day, use that a fuel to the fire and try that much harder to prove them wrong, like theres 2 people from this forum who are basically telling me its "impossible to have 18"arms at 194lbs being 5'11" yeah makes them sound pretty dumb, but you know what? i know i have 18"arms, and that gives me more motivation for tommorows workout to hit my next goal, 22"s!!

I have found something that works for me... Whenever I am not motivated, and stressed out about lifting, I just get in there and do whatever the hell lifts I want. Usually it'll be bench, biceps, and squats. I just don't think about reps and my whole schedule I just hit the damn iron and then I feel a lot better. It really helps me start my week.

I think one of the biggest motivations is when you start to see results. After that nothing should stop you.

Yeah i have seen results. Like i've said in another post, my whole family piles on muscle. I can lift and if i eat enough i can see results within a week. But thats a real good idea. Whatever lifts, just do whatever and get everything out. I'm gonna try that. Thanks for the idea

What I found is good to do is to always keep the bare basics in your head while checking out different approaches to aspects of bbing, because that way you'll never get lost.
And those basics are easy to know, eating, training, resting.
Like I think Bob said it JFT - just ****ing train. So simple and obvious.

Yeah. Dont think about how its gonna be hard, cuz a good workout is always hard. JFT.
